How to use a massage gun in 6 simple steps! 😀
Ensure your massage gun is charged fully. For the first use we suggest you charge your MG-1 Pro for around 6-7 hours to make sure its fully charged and ready to go!
Click the ON/OFF toggle on the bottom of the machine to ON. Now using the digital display screen on the top of the massage gun click the power button and start on the lowest level. Rest the gun lightly on your body. Don’t add any forced pressure. Just let it float.
Glide the massage gun along the muscle. Move slowly to desired area. Increase speed using digital display screen +...(Do not exceed 2-3 mins per muscle group)
If you hit a knot or an area of tension, let the gun rest on that spot without adding anymore pressure for a few moments before moving on.
Now relax and enjoy your deep tissue massage!
- Never use your massage gun on a bone, Spine or injury! ... A full body massage with your massage gun should not exceed 10 mins
