GETTING STARTED

To power the device ON, move the power switch on the bottom of the battery to the ON position. To power the device OFF, push the power switch to the OFF position.

With the power switch in the ON position, press the Speed button once to switch the device to level one mode, twice for level two, three times for level three, four times for level four and five times for level five. The blue indicator LED lights will indicate the corresponding power level.

Smart Touch™ Technology allows the device to be switched OFF at any level by merely Holding down the Speed button for two seconds.

With device OFF, fully insert applicator by firmly pressing in. Remove by pulling it out.

Massage the desired body part at the desired speed, applying pressure as needed.

Smart Glide™ Technology which this device is fitted with provides a built-in protection apparatus which automatically powers down the device when it's running time exceeds 10 minutes.

Please place the power switch in the OFF position, once the device is no longer in use.

Depending on the desired result, we recommend using your MG IRL PRO for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session should not exceed 10 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.

30 SECONDS = MUSCLE ACTIVATION

Prior to workouts or physical activity, float your Massage Gun Pro for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.

15 SECONDS = MUSCLE RE-ACTIVATION

Reactivate muscles during your workout or any activity by using your MG IRL PRO for 10-15 seconds on the muscle group. This will re-energize, relieve muscle spasms and fatigue, and keep muscles active.

2 MINUTES = PAIN RELIEF & RECOVERY

Float your MG IRL PRO for up to 2 minutes for muscle recovery post-workout to decrease soreness, and on any muscles that require immediate pain relief.

When travelling with your MG IRL PRO it must be stored in carry-on baggage only.
